COVID-19 Update:
A letter to our customers from Jan Heere, Studio Moderna CEO

With growing concerns and impacts of COVID-19, I wanted to provide you with an update on steps we are taking to respond to it.
 
First and foremost, I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. Along with everyone at Studio Moderna, I deeply regret the situation that hit the world. Our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone affected, directly or indirectly.

Safety and health of our customers, co-workers and partners have been, and remain, our top priority. We closely and continuously follow the guidelines from the governments and WHO and take strict precautionary measures.

We employ more than 7000 employees across Central and Eastern Europe. The majority of our colleagues is working from the safety of their homes, while at our facilities we have implemented a variety of policies to keep a safe working environment, including social distancing, stringent sanitation and cleaning protocols. Our call center operations have been re-organized so that our call agents can work from their homes as well. We have suspended all non-essential business travel and have withdrawn from all physical conferences until further notice. We have moved our meetings to the virtual environment and are maintaining digital working habits.

Regardless of where our teams are located, we continue to serve our customers with the same integrity and passion as we did before this crisis. Our teams are working hard to ensure our customers have a safe and satisfying experience when shopping with us. Despite lockdowns in place and the continuous spread of the coronavirus, you can continue to enjoy our products and offers we have prepared for you.

You can view, test and shop our products from the comfort of your home:

• visit our brands’ online stores,
• go to our new virtual store - our shop assistants will give you a live presentation of the products, answer all your questions and help you with the purchase from A to Z – convenient, safe and contact-less,
• you can also shop via our catalogs or call our agents to order or get more information.

In stores that continue to stay open, we have implemented all necessary hygiene and safety standards in our Top Shop, Dormeo and Dormeo Home stores. Our store personnel is trained to follow all necessary precautions to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. To enable you to avoid busy hours, skip the wait and get a personalized shopping experience, we have introduced in-store appointments in our stores:
 
• you are welcome to schedule an appointment at your local store and sign up for a time to talk one-on-one with our personal shop assistant who will guide you through our range of products, answer all your questions and help you find exactly what you are looking for (available where our stores remain open).
 
With our Click and Collect you can buy online and pick up the order at the store. To offer you even more safe shopping options, we are preparing to launch also Click and Collect Drive-in service.
 
We keep supplying all our retail partners with our products. For details on our stores, retail partners, information about closings or changed opening hours in case of lockdowns, please go to our brands’ websites.
 
We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation carefully and offer support to our employees, customers and partners as needed, hoping this difficult period will end soon.

Over the last 27 years Studio Moderna has been committed to delivering products that help improve your well-being, home and lifestyle.
 
In these uncertain times more than ever our focus is both on our colleagues and our customers’ safety. Therefore we are constantly following measurements implemented by our internal COVID-19 Committee, the World Health Organization and the government’s recommendations in order to make sure that we provide you with the safest products and environment to buy them at.

Most of our teams were sent to work from home and for employees for whom this is not possible, we are ensuring they continue to provide you with the best service, but with strict safety measures taken.

The recommendation to stay at home is not only necessary for our protection and for preventing the spread of the virus, but also an opportunity to spend more time with people we love most.

At Studio Moderna we are working hard to accommodate to the new circumstances by providing adapted solutions, delivered to your doorstep in the safest way.

We are focusing all our efforts into the direct-to-consumer channels, our call agents are already equipped to work from safety of their home and we are taking all the steps to continue to provide the best experience in home delivery.
